Connect Pageform to Claude

Pageform for Claude lets you use a Pageform account from Claude. You can store files, build a data room, review what is missing, share a room, and look up rooms and documents you already have.
This is a remote connector. Claude’s servers call Pageform. It is not a Claude Code install, and it does not run on your computer.
The connection uses your Pageform login. Claude can only see workspaces you belong to, and it can only change a workspace when your role in Pageform already allows that change.
Connect from the directory when Pageform is listed, or use the custom-connector steps below if your Claude account allows them.
Prerequisites
A Pageform account.
A workspace you can open. If you do not have one yet, Claude can create one after you connect.
Owner or editor access on that workspace for uploads, room builds, edits, share links, and deletes. A viewer can ask about rooms they can already open, and cannot change them.
The workspace plan must include the action. Room builds and some analytics depend on the plan. A workspace that is past due cannot be changed until billing is resolved in Pageform.
Files you want in a room. A typed room is built from documents already stored in the workspace. Video files are not accepted.
Billing, custom domains, signatures, and watermarking stay in the Pageform app.
How to connect Pageform to Claude
When Pageform is in the Claude directory:
In Claude, open Customize and then Connectors. On an organization account, an owner may need Organization settings and then Connectors.
Find Pageform.
Select Connect.
Sign in to Pageform if you are asked to. Use the account that owns or edits the workspace.
On the Pageform screen, review what the connection can do, then choose Approve.
Pageform shows these permissions before you approve:
View and update your workspaces
Create and edit data rooms
Upload and organize documents
Create share links and see engagement
If Pageform is not in the directory yet, an owner can add it as a custom connector:
Open Connectors and choose Add, then Custom, then Web.
Name it Pageform.
Enter

If you have more than one workspace, name the one you want in the chat.
Claude may also offer three starting prompts after the connector is available: Build a room, Review a room, and Share a room. Each one still asks you to confirm before it changes or shares anything.

Supported capabilities
Store files
Attach documents in the chat and ask Claude to store them in a workspace. A folder keeps each file’s path, such as Legal/SPA.pdf.
Limits:
Up to 100 files at a time
Each file must fit the workspace plan, and cannot be larger than 100 MB
Video is not accepted
Very small files can be sent directly in the chat, up to 10 files and 8 MB each
If Claude cannot send the file bytes to Pageform, it gives you a Pageform link. That can happen when the chat’s network does not allow mcp.pageform.io. Open the link, upload the files, then return to the chat and ask Claude to continue with the new files. You do not need to attach them again.
Build a room
Ask for a room from files that are already stored. Supported room types:

Real Estate
Startup Fundraising

SPV
M&A
You can also create an empty room with a name and no documents, or a room whose sections follow a folder you already stored. Files that are not one of the types above can still become a room; you name the sections, or Pageform drafts them from the files.
When a build finishes, Claude shows a review: score, summary, gaps, and suggested changes, plus a link to the room. Nothing is placed or moved in the room until you accept that suggestion.
Review and edit a room
You can ask what is in a room, what is missing, and how it scores. You can rename a room, add or rename sections, and place, move, or remove documents, folders, images, and videos that are already in the workspace.
Placement waits for your yes. A permanent delete also waits for a yes. Claude asks before a destructive action. Delete removes a room, a library document, or a library folder. Removing a file from a room only unlinks it; the file stays in the library.
Share a room
You can list share links, create one for a room, a folder, or a document, and revoke a link. Confirm the label and access options before the link is created. Claude returns the link URL.
Look up your workspace
You can list workspaces, rooms, folders, and documents; search the library; see which library files are not in a room yet; and read analytics for a workspace, a room, or a share link. Some analytics fields are omitted when the plan does not include them.
Example prompts and workflows
Store these files in my Northwind workspace and build an LP fundraising room. When it finishes, show the score, the gaps, and the room link. Do not place anything until I accept it.
Review the Acme room. Show the score, summary, and gaps. Do not edit it.
Create a share link for the Acme room. Ask me for the label before you create it.
Which library documents are not in the Acme room?
Replace the current file of SPA.pdf with this attachment.
Read and write permissions
The connector acts as you.

Claude can also upload by sending file bytes to Pageform when its network allows mcp.pageform.io. If it cannot, it falls back to the Pageform upload link. ChatGPT does not use that direct upload path.
The connector cannot open workspaces you do not belong to. It cannot raise your role, change the plan, or turn on a feature the plan does not include.
Authentication and data handling
Sign-in and approval happen on Pageform. Claude does not receive your Pageform password. You approve the connection on a Pageform page that lists the four permissions above.
Requests run as your user. Pageform applies the same workspace role and plan checks it uses in the app. Documents and rooms created from Claude are stored in that workspace like any other Pageform content.
Pageform does not use the chat to train a separate model, and this connector does not read Claude’s memory or other chats. It only receives what you send in the conversation and what your Pageform account returns for that request.
Managing or disconnecting the connector
To disconnect, remove Pageform from Claude’s Connectors settings. To connect again, repeat the steps above and approve the Pageform screen.
Pageform does not show a separate “connected apps” page. Disconnecting in Claude is what stops new requests. Files, rooms, and links already created stay in Pageform until you delete them there or in a later chat.
Troubleshooting
Connect never reaches Pageform.
Use https://mcp.pageform.io/mcp with no extra path. Start the connection again if the approval request expired.
The approval screen opens, then fails.
Sign in to the Pageform account you mean to connect, then start Connect again from Claude.
Claude stored nothing from an attachment.
Check the file size and type. Video is refused. If Claude says it cannot reach Pageform to upload, open the upload link it gives you, then ask it to continue.
A room build did not start.
A typed room needs stored documents. If the reply says the plan does not include the action, use a workspace whose plan includes it, or change the plan in Pageform.
An edit was refused.
Viewers cannot edit. Owners and editors can. A past-due workspace cannot be changed until billing is resolved in the Pageform app.
Claude asked before deleting.
That prompt is required. Decline it if you do not want the room, document, or folder removed.
