Yes. Multi-file sharing with one link is included on Docs and inherited by Core and Pro. Group the files in a folder and share the folder instead of sending separate links.

Pageform offers controls such as passwords, verified viewer emails, allowlists and NDA gating, depending on the plan and sharing workflow. Choose the controls appropriate for the materials you are sharing. Check pricing for the current plan breakdown.

You can control downloads and revoke access through the available sharing controls. Revoking a link prevents future access through that link; it does not retrieve copies someone already downloaded or captured.

Check whether the link has expired, was revoked or requires a specific email address or password. If you are a viewer, ask the person who sent it to confirm access. Workspace owners can contact support if the issue continues.

Pageform provides viewer activity and engagement analytics, with document, page, room and section detail depending on your plan. Viewer identification depends on the information captured by your link settings; a view does not always identify a person.

Analytics help you understand which materials viewers spend time on and return to. Use those signals to guide follow-up, not as proof of a viewer’s intent or a commitment to a deal.

Pageform supports viewer update subscriptions. Viewers can use the available subscription option to follow changes to shared materials. Notification availability depends on the sharing workflow and settings.

Pageform supports daily view digests to help you keep up with engagement. If you are not receiving expected emails, check spam and your notification preferences, then contact support with the affected workspace and approximate time.
